How it works
There are only few steps to place the order:

How to order
There are 2 ways to place the order. You can either send us an email with detail information or use the order form and email it to us. The required information is shown as below:

Once we have received your order, we will start processing the order and a confirmation email will be sent.
If any item you order is out of stock, an email will be sent to you as well. Then a full refund will be granted.

Method of Payment
In order to process the order, you must pay either a full amount or a down payment. The payment (full or down payment) is required to cover the shipping cost of the item(s) from oversea. The down payment amount may vary and usually is around half the price of the item(s).

If you choose to pay a down payment, then the remaining amount left from the down payment must to be made before delivery when the item(s) has arrived.

Currently, we prefer the payment made by PayPal. If you would like to pay the order with other method, please advice with us.

Delivery
The item(s) usually will reach our base in approximately 7-10 business days after you have completed the order and payment.
Once we have received the item(s), we will ship the item within 24 hours if you have cleared the payment.

Refund and Exchange
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or exchange any defective items.

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange the items with the tags attached that:

... -are not the size you have ordered

However, if you would like to make exchanges for other items (colours, sizes or designs) that we have delivered correctly upon your order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

We will issue a full refund if:
